One of the main business lines of the company is the erection and assemblies of pipes and apparatus at site, where Arrospe has a large and renowned experience.
Arrospe keeps a leadership position in the stainless steel piping erection. It is on this field where we manage with convenience in any pipe diameter and with works of any complexity grade.
We can assembly from the simplest pipe to the most complex of the piping lines between several machinery and apparatus; also assembling all the components and equipments of the line. (pumps, valves, filters, flow meters, etc.)
We want to remark that we always fabricate and erect considering each site reality. Even the times when we start from the isometric drawings given by the client, our technical people check the real dimensions and measurements at site in order to avoid any possible later interference between installations.
Another important aspect that must be taken into account is our established procedure of prefabricating the piping lines as much as we can at shop facilities. Due to this, we succeed in execute the erection at site with the minimum means and assembly staff, minimizing in each case the negative impact of the works to the client.
With a high specialized shop supporting and perfectly coordinated with the assembly site, a relative reduced group of assemblers offers a high efficiency and productivity grade during the erection, facing the small and complex installations with the optimum number of means.
This procedure offers the additional advantage of making a minimum use of site’s infrastructure (workhouse, services, parking places personal to control, etc), with the subsequent administrative and space saving for the client.
For all the above mentioned, Arrospe has several human teams of expert assemblers, perfectly trained, with the portable machinery and tools necessary for the field work, such as huts, portable lifting means, scaffolding, electric panels, dragging and sliding units, etc. those permit it to face with no problems the usual challenges of the site works (the extraordinary challenges are studied in each case).
Remark that Arrospe always works under the essential context of prevention and security, developing and executing specific Health and Security Plans for each type of works.
Since decades Arrospe faces to complex installations, not only in Spain where we have a lot of references, also punctually in European and American countries (Portugal, France, Italy, and Mexico).
